Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you.

Notification given at least 24 hours in advance will receive no charges.
Notification given less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% service fee.
Failure to show will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

As a courtesy, an email to confirm your service appointments is sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and helps to service all by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.

Arriving Late

If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration, please plan accordingly and be on time.
