Arvigo® Abdominal Therapy

Arvigo® Abdominal Therapy helps restore the body to its natural balance by correcting the position of organs that have shifted causing restriction of the blood flow, lymph, nervous system and chi energy to help in preventing chronic symptoms. In addition, it supports digestive wellness, pelvic floor function, postpartum recovery, and preparation for birth. This non-invasive, external massage technique is used to guide the internal abdominal organs into proper position for optimum health and wellbeing.

This massage is performed anteriorly on the abdomen between the diaphragm and the public bone, and posterior along the lumbar spine, diaphragm, sacrum, and coccyx. Please note that proper draping is applied during this massage. Some of the things you might experience with Arvigo® Abdominal Therapy is improved organ function through releasing physical and emotional congestion from the abdomen.

An initial session entails a thorough health history, massage, and teaching of self-care tools that will assist the restoration of your digestion, reproductive organs, and pelvic balance.Self-care includes castor packs, massage techniques at home, vaginal steaming, and herbal remedies created by Doctor Rosita Arvigo and healer Don Elijio.
